I remember talk of this option and I was excited for this intriguing feature, but haven't seen or heard anything of it since the game came out.

I've taken out all but one target non lethally and I'm pretty sure there isn't a dialogue option for them so what happened?

Was it scrapped?

Was it just in our imagination that such a thing might have ever existed?

Observations?

There is one instance I know of where you can do it.
