In solitude there is a shop call Fletcher and it specialises in archery and if u pckpocket the worker Fihada of the key to the shop it works on the BACK door of proud spire manor obviously unfurnished but still has the stone of barenziah and the basic interior items. Its useful when u don't want to buy the house for the stone quest just do this and there. Enjoy.
