What region would you like to visit in the next Skyrim DLC?

Post » Sun Oct 21, 2012 10:44 am

As most of you probably know by now, data found in the recent Skyrim update shows that me might be returning to Solstheim, which is a island north of Morrowind. Its awsome to know that we just might be returning to a part of Morrowind, particularly the area from the Bloodmoon expansion for the original Morrowind game. What regions would you like to go to in a Skyrim DLC expansion? I would personally love to go to Elsweyr. The region just sounds so interesting and sound like its the perfect setting for a DLC expansion or possibly even a full game.

Elsweyr too, because Khajiit's are found there, but this wouldn't be a new dlc, most probably a new game.

I'd like to go to the Summerset Isles to continue the civil war questline.

The part of mainland Morrowind directly east of Skyrim - between Blacklight and Silgrad - might be interesting, as we have never been there before in any game. The same with eastern High Rock (around Farrum, Jehanna, and Raven Spring), as that area was not in Daggerfall. Most of all though, I would like to see Atmora, at least a little piece of it. I think an expedition sent there to retrieve some plot macguffin to use against the Thalmor would be very interesting. Especially if the Thalmor were also after it.

Theoretically...any place where Men aren't prominent. But that's not going to happen for this game. I'll just wait until TES VI.

So I'd have to say realistically, Blacklight. It's pretty much our only chance of seeing it.

Somewhere, anywhere that we have never been to yet.

It would be nice to go back to Solstheim again but I would much prefer a part of Morrowinds mainland which has yet to be explored.

Orsinium, High Rock and Elsweyr. In that order. Don't care much for most of the other provinces. If we're talking outside of Tamriel, I'd really like to see Thras.

I've said all along that i would like to revisit Solstheim, and i'm probably gonna get my wish.

Another place that would be an ideal DLC location is Orsinium. This gigantic city would be to Skyrim what Mournhold was to Morrowind.

Honestly - I'd love to see Summerset Isle - which would be a great place to go to and resolve the conflict between the Empire and the Dominion

As much as I'd love to visit Elswyr, Summerset Isle, Black Marsh and all those others - those zones should be their own entire respective game. NOT limited DLC!

After reading up on it more... I'm actually now convinced that Orsinium might actually be small enough to make an excellent DLC package.

But for me... my ALL TIME WISH is for a Dwemer DLC package! Something that details out their disappearance more, and gives us more insight into the history of their war with the Falmer.
