This is a thread where I want people to specifically discuss or bring up what they view as the Pros and Cons of Steam.

I am not talking about water vapor.

I hear people complaining about it quite a lot and I am curious to know why. I also hear a lot of praise for it and it's Steam Sales. So let the discussion begin.

Cons for Steam

-DRM
-It stole my games
-The settings are not as I would like them to be
-It's a closed platform

Pros
-None off the top of my head
