The paralyze perks are Bullseye (archery), Paralyzing Strike (one handed), Warmaster (two handed). I don't want the frost paralyze perk changed, I think that's more logical and fine.
The reason I request this is because I think paralyze makes combat boring, and it looks weird. It's not fun to bash a target that does absolutely nothing against you (during the paralyzysis). A shorter stagger time would be better I think, to keep the "flow of combat" intact, and without looking like a stiff log that falls on the ground.
I have a few ideas of what can replace the paralyze perks instead. It has to be balanced. I was thinking this (for instance, any other suggestions are very welcomed):
- Archery: Bullseye.
15 % chance to stagger the opponent for 3 seconds. Staggering also causes extra bleeding damage for a short period of time.
(Explanation: so, when staggered, the target also takes damage over time, for instance 7 damage per second for 3 seconds).
- One handed: Blademaster.
15 % chance to attack incredibly fast. Backwards power attacks have a 25 % chance to stagger the opponent for 3 seconds.
(Explanation: the stagger chance and speed chance are independent from each other. "Incredibly fast" could be 60 % faster for the next attack you make.)
- Two handed: Warmaster.
Backwards power attacks have a 25 % chance to stagger the opponent for 3 seconds, and, if staggered, a 25 % chance to deal enormous damage.
(Explanation: the stagger chance and damage chance are not independent from each other, so when you succeed with the 25 % stagger attack, you have a 25 % chance to deal enormous damage on the stagger attack. Enormous damage could be 100 % more damage (double damage).
