Prologue: Arrival & Prison, or just Arrival?

The achievement says not to kill anyone beyond the Prologue, but I'm not sure if that includes the Prison or not. Does anyone know for sure?

Yes, anything from when you regain control in the prison cell and onward.

The prison isn't included, so don't kill anyone from the prison for the achievement.
