Chickens in Honeyside? : V

In the garden next to Honeyside in Riften i read that you could kill the two chickens without getting a bounty but It did? :ohmy:

Does it happen to you?

That's..a REALLY specific question. I've never sought after a specific chicken I could kill without getting a bounty. I'd imagine killing any chicken in plain sight would accrue a bounty.
