I've been having a strange delay when using Beast Form and Unrelenting Force. When pressing Z for Beast Form, I can see the light effects, but only after about 10 seconds my character starts its transformation. With Unrelenting Force, when I shout at the enemies they just stagger, only after about 10 seconds they start flying. Anyone has any idea what's causing this delay?

No mods installed, 100% clean savegame.
