Wasn't evil awakens the tagline for Diablo? I know whatever this is, is a videogame but what game?

No, you misunderstand.

I tried some other searches and have found nothing about evil awakening for Diablo 3.

But typically these things are never related to each other and accusations of such are for some other reason besides actually stealing an idea like this.

I made a mistake. The tagline was "Evil Reawakened" It's still unoriginal.

The tagline is really generic but it is also straight forward, That is exactly what is happening in Halo 4.
