I'm trying to figure out what the skill level should be at given levels for a specific skill use distribution. However based on the formulas shown on UESP http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:Leveling it should be 544690.6 xp required to get destruction from 15-100, which is 39% error. Does anyone know where this formula and skill improv. modifier were found?

Skill Improve Mult * skill level1.95 + Skill Improve Offset

According to math, the skill improv. modifier for that formula should be 1.46 not 2 or 1.35.

there probably isnt one since skyrims level system doesnt really work like that. some of the skills you have no choice about using(like speech). also there is no skill level they should be at a given level, since that number can change greatly depending on other skill levels.

That's why I'm going based on experience and not by skills/level or something like that...
Anyways ignore the reason for my pursuit, I believe the EXP requirement for level displayed on UESP is incorrect in some fashion..

Found the correct skill improv. multipliers, they were added to the table on uesp skyrim:leveling and are as follows.

skillxp=k*lvl^1.95
total xp required from 15 to 100=A
A=SUM from n=15 to n=99 of (k n^1.95)
A=264402*k
k=A/264402

alteration=0.6667726
conjuration=0.9523831
destruction=1.4814827
illusion=0.4347849
Restoration=1.0000038
