All of the sudden Skyrim does not work anymore : V

Skyrim will only go to the pre game menu, then when i click "play" either the game pops up for one second and crashes or doesnt come up at all. I have Checked integrity of cache and defragmented it and still no change to the game, I have also reinstalled the game and done those other things. I deactivated all mods and stil the game doesnt start. There seems to be no hope, please help (This is what i told steam)

Now it only worked twice when i chose to run as administer, now that doesnt work either. I got rid of the steamblob file and that also did nothing. All mods are deactivated , graphics setting are turned down, STILL NOTHING!!!! I NEVER HAD A PROBLEM LIKE THIS BEFORE!! Again i say please help. I dont want to miss out on any cool mods or dlc.
