Unfortunately ordering online isn't an option because I need it soon, like by Friday at the absolute latest (maybe shipping would arrive in time, maybe not). I'm trying to create a little harvest festival scene type of thing and wheat stalk would be absolutely perfect (I'm also in need of apples, an awesome mug, hot cider, and a harvest bucket, but I think I've either got all that or can get it at a local supermarket ). I also don't have much time to hit up a bunch of stores due to being busy, hence asking for suggestions. Only thing I can think of to hit is a local Michaels.

So any suggestions on specific stores (I'll see if any are local) or the type of stores to hit up where I can perhaps procure some dried wheat stalk would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

Hobby stores usually have all kinds of stuff like that for holiday decorating. I want to say Hobby Lobby or Michaels, or maybe even Belk, but I don't know what they have in California.
