Heya I have a slight problem with Skyrim and what it does is when I look up to the sky or look at a light sorce ie. firepit the screen goes to a bright white and when I look away its like i was looking at the sun! so please help me figure out how to fix my skyrim its been this way for awhile!

I know that my video card isn't top of the line but it ran Skyrim fine before. I only have the HD Tex DLC, Dawnguard and a few weapon mods and Apachi's hair mod!
it says I have no permission to post links... all I wanted to do was show my skyrim problem.

plz help I want to play skyrim again and finally beat it but having this problem I have is making me not want to play the game.
