I'm trying to download and install Hearthfire onto my PC that I play Skyrim on. However, that PC has no internet access.

I have an external hard drive, and access to computers that DO have internet access.

What would be the best way to download Hearthfire and then transfer it over to my PC that has Skyrim on it? Can you please be as detailed as possible?
