Just had to see if I could make it to the top of the Throat of the World before doing the MQ. Thanks to Skyrim Horse (in this case arvak) I made it after 1/2 hour of trying. I was hoping I would find Parthy there and see if he had any interesting dialogue for someone who hasn't been cleared by the Greybeards to be there. But Parthy is nowhere to be found (unsurprisingly). Where do you suppose he hangs out before the Throat of the World quest? Maybe he's actually plotting with Alduin at Skuldafn!
