As far as I know, everyone has the same amount of lag. No matter if they are host or not.

As of recently, I've been suspecting that the host has a better BFG splash damage than the players off-host.

Can anyone confirm any Host advantage in Doom 2 or 1?

I'm simply guessing from my observations.
