In an attempt to satisfy my sci-fi apatite, given the hunger I've acquired from lack of Prey 2 news, I recently re-installed Prey on my ssd and decided to play around with some new mods. Thanks goes to Moddb.com for their support for Prey mods.

After having messed with many different level add-ons, graphical tweaks etc., I found myself looking into the multiplayer section of Prey.
Unsurprisingly, no users were online and I figured as such considering that I heard the severs were shut down years ago.
Regardless, I set up a server and played against bots and such.

With that being said, I figured I would Ask- Is it possible to run online matches, despite official online support from the devs being non-existent at this point?

Possibly set up matches against other people through dedicated servers and such.


And if possible, would any you fellow Prey enthusiasts, be interested in possibly setting up a server to get Multiprey back ? Reestablish an online gaming community for Prey?

Ultimately, it may be a lost cause but I'm sure I'm not the only one on these forums who wouldn't mind having a
sci-fi fragfest against some fellow prey..
