hey so i've beaten the game twice so far.. and i'm rather dissapointed that replaying missions doesn't allow me to experiment with new skills or weapon loadouts.

SO i'm going to do a naked run thru the game- no powers, only going to upgrade everything i can as early as possible to have the game save that way and just collect all the runes and bone charms.

my question is.. lets say i finish doing this and i loadup a mission to play.. i pick my talents with my unspent runes and complete the mission.

will my save be overwritten for that mission from that point on, and will i not be able to replay that mission again from a clean slate, but instead with the skills/talents i chose the last time i replayed it?
