Hello, I'm writing a bit of fan fic and there's a part where i say Gaius fights in the great war, but i wanted to get my facts right, i can't find any information on the wiki. Would he have fought in the great war, and after become a Penitus Oculatus agent?

Gaius Maro would have been a kid during the Great War, so no, he properly didn't fight in it. OTOH, his father Commander Maro probably did.
