Well, I have a 60HZ monitor, and well whenever I use an ENB mod, my screen tears.
Vsync is turned on by default as I'm on Ultra, I've tried editing the .ini file where the FPSCapper is, and well it doesn't help.
I'm using a GTX 670 OC edition, along with an i5-3570k CPU, hope that helps..in any way.
Whenever I don't use any ENB mod, screen doesn't tear, is something witht he ENB binaries?
Or is there a solution.
