Hi,
I just say on the internet that Skyrim is getting a Premium Edition.

It has a picture of the game cover for PS3 so its coming to PS3 which should mean DLC!!

"One of the biggest games of last year, http://www.examiner.com/slideshow/first-images-and-details-for-premium-edition-of-the-elder-scrolls-v-skyrim is getting a premium edition re-release. You can check out some images of the contents, as well as some screens from the open-world role-playing game in http://www.examiner.com/slideshow/first-images-and-details-for-premium-edition-of-the-elder-scrolls-v-skyrim and the details below.
In addition to a copy of the game, the “The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim” premium edition also features map, emblem t-shirt, The Infernal City: An Elder Scrolls Novel, six concept art postcards in addition to a bonus disc containing background materials, trailers, walkthroughs, five songs and an 600-page strategy guide e-book.

What doesn't even come with the current dlc out? all the other stuff it comes with sounds like a waste. I don't know who would buy this. Maybe after they came out with all the dlc and had it on there and raised the price a bit, but for this? No.

The GOTY edition will have all the dlc after all dlc's are finished and published.

It's basically for the collectors, they want to have all the boxes out there.

As a collector I am not impressed at all, it has no fancy artbook, or figurine or whatever. It's just a re-issue.

That will be in the GOTY edition I'd assume.

Why they'll make a PS3 version of it is beyond me. It doesn't even run well on the console and i have all three versions to compare with.

Unless Beth and Sony has made a superpatch that'll make the game run flawlessly on PS3, which i doubt.

I dunno, if art concept cards and t-shirt are not for coolector's...then for whom?

True enough but compared to the artbook in the CE this is underwhelming. At the correct price nonetheless.

A welcome addition to my collection. The bonus dvd and the postcards are selling it for me, hope the big box has some fine granular feel to it.

This should end all the ps3 complaints then if the dlc's are finally released...but who am I kidding? Sadly, I live in the real world.
