Hi sorry if there r threads about this alrdy but i truly searched and did not find any

first off i am not pc savy at all so bare with me

i am running skyrim sli x2 550's game runs smooth as butter but well skyrim flickers even when i just strat it up and its in the loading screen ...thing is it only does this while in fullscreen

does anyone have any ideas about why this is happening and maybe how to fix cause playing in wondow mode svcks lol
