Maybe it's just me, but i feel Skyrim is a little lacking on the weapon side of things. I don't mean the different materials a weapon is made from, no i mean add more kind of weapon in, how hard can it be to add like 20 types of sword into the game?

there's loads of different variants of sword/mace/axes.

Cutlass, short sword, spatha, falchion, sabres, rapiers, bastard swords, buccaneers swords, fails, two handed maces, tomahawk, half moon axe, hatchet.

not to mention spears..but we have those...hopefully. hmm i don't know maybe I'm getting a bit bored of using the same kind of sword or mace or axe, don't get me wrong i like that we have even that choice...but why not build on that choice some more?

Yes. Absolutely needs more weapon variety. Sad thing is, Shortswords were planned for Skyrim, but got cut. Also, I want a Daedric dai-Katana, and Katana.

All I care about is more unique weapons.

i would like more artifacts, and yes i wish the shortswords, spears, halberds, morrowind was quite good in that way!
