Who ever lives in Lake View Manor, is the iron ore vein by the carrage glitched? is the ground bit missing?
AND also do any of you get grunting carriage drivers or house carls? they are moaning all the time. Are they annoyed or something?

My steward at Heljarchen Hall occasionally makes a noise when I walk by that is hard to describe. The best I can do is say it's kind of half sniff half grunt, just weird. I don't think anyone is making noises at Lakeview with my other character, and sorry, I can't answer about the ore vein.
