I asked this question before, is it possible to restart a quest? I play on 360. Never modded. Don't know how. I just play. I started the "Blood on Ice" quest, put the game down for a while. Picked it back up, pushed the main quest forward to Alduin Wall. I decided to go back and finish the investigation because I wanted to buy the house. No one's responding properly to push the quest forward. Is there someone who I could talk to to reactivate the quest so I could finish? Please help.
