I'm about to finish the game on Hard and found it reasonably hard. I died quiet a few times. But the game never stopped giving me items. The game was hard because fighting is brutal and awesome whenever i'm discovered but not because i had to carefully plan and execute things.

For my next playthrough, are there any .INI tweaks to make the game harder?

I know it can be done because there are some mods available (like the dismemberment mod) that change some values in the game.

I'm looking specifically for tweaks that make the AI more alert to sight and sound, make them sound alarms more often than they do and attack more often, hit harder and block more effectively.

If possible i would also LOVE to remove mana Regen, augment the mana cost of Dark Sight and lower the amount of health and mana you regain by eating, elixirs and remedies.

Is there any way?
