Anything in there that may be causing a problem?

1a) I notice that your load order is incorrect, so download, install, and run http://code.google.com/p/better-oblivion-sorting-software/downloads/detail?name=BOSS%20v2.1.1%20Installer.exe&can=2&q=
1b) After running BOSS you will get a report on your load order. Follow all suggestions that it gives you.
2) I'd recommend downloading http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/25859 and follow Gopher's http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UOQO2S6HDBw
3) After following the above steps I would recommend rebuilding your ASIS.esp to account for your new load order and cleaned mods.
4) Try running the game and your crashes should be resolved.
5) As a last resort, delete the Skyrim and SkyrimPrefs ini's on your "My Documents/My Games/Skyrim" directory. It should be done after each new patch anyway. You do need to run the Skyrim Launcher and run the game once to generate proper ini's.

Nothing immediately jumps out at me that would cause a crash, but a bit of a Nitpick:

Cloaks.esp
Cloaks - No Imperial.esp
Cloaks - Player Only.esp

You should only be loading 1 of these and not all 3.

Also, the 3 mod I have listed below need to load directly after the ESMs in your load order in the order I have. If you use BOSS this will already be fixed.

Edit: SkyTEST-RealisticAnimals&Predators.esp has been known to cause crashes for some people, especially with Hearthfire installed, so make sure you have the absolute latest version available on the nexus. You need to download version 1.27b and then download 1.27d BETA file. Edit 2: Well, not CTDs, but freeze-ups and houses not building correctly, but doesn't cause CTDs as far as I'm aware.

I have BOSS, and I use it. Asis.esp is not enabled, which is why it isn't at the bottom. I also only have cloaks.esp enabled. I'll fiddle around with the rest. Thanks.
