I have looked at/tried the following
1) Deleveled Skyrim - the one I'm using
2) Unlevelled Wordl
3) Skyrim Scaling Stopper - looks interesting but the installation confuses me ( and I'm a prolific mod user). Also, I can't quite get the patches right as it bundles patches, making it all or nothing (e.g. Cloaks of Skyrim, Winter is Coming Cloaks, Immersive Armors, Morrowind Armor patch is bundled and I don't have/want the latter)

I'm pretty sure I read about a newer delevelling mod but I forgot what it was called. I'm looking for your opinions and experience on what is the best delevelling mod at the moment

ASIS also has a scaling mod that is worth checking out. Called http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/18436 - It is a separate stand alone mod so you don't have to use the rest of ASIS if you prefer not.

I actually have ASIS-encounter zones, but those don't deal with loot (i think?) and I'm also looking for loot unlevelling. Edited the OP, thanks.
