I have 4 perk points available, I want to remove two of them. I am using the two perk per level up / trade dragon souls for perks mod, and for some reason the mod enabled the perk per level up part after I disabled it. So is there a console command to remove the perk points? I can't do a basic reset because I have gained extra perk points which I won't get back.
