Character backstories.

Ryan - Nord Warrior (I know its not a Nord name because its my first name)

Ryan was born to a Legionnaire father and a Legion Blacksmith and Healer mother in Skyrim. After the Great War the family moved to Solitude where Ryan learned the way of the Warrior, blacksmith, and Healer from his parents. After his parents died Ryan set out on an adventure across Tamriel where he learned Ebony smithing from the Dunmer of Morrowind and more comprehensive Restoration from the Bretons of High Rock and advanced swordfighting techniques from the Redguards of Hammerfell. Ryan was crossing into Skyrim to join the Imperial Legion when he was caught in a crossfire between Legionnaires and Stormcloaks.

Raelingar - Bosmer (not sure if its a Bosmer name)

During a Thalmor purge in Valenwood the Thalmor killed Raelingar's parents who were farmers. He was taken by the Thalmor to be put into a 'reeducation camp' but he managed to escape when he untied his bounds and ran away when his Thalmor handlers slept. Raelingar then turned to a life of crime to survive and trained himself in stealth and archery in the Cyrodiil Thieves Guild. He traveled through Tamriel participating in assassination contracts and heists; he crossed into Skyrim to flee the authorities of Cyrodiil and join the Skyrim Thieves Guild after a failed assassination attempt on a member of the Elder Council where he was caught in a crossfire between Legionnaires and Stormcloaks.

Yeah I have two more characters but I can't think of good back-stories for them.

My name-Nord
Child of a Markarth skooma dealer who fleed Skyrim after the Reachman took the Reach. Lived all over Cyrodill for the first twenty-some years (estimated) of his life, prefering the city of Bravil, feeling somehow drawn to the Lucky Old Lady. Known to no one except for the residents of the Bravil Skooma Den and a father figure for the last few years of his life who drowned his days in skooma. As the city fell under attack by rioters, the young child escaped to the mysterious den under the Lucky Old Lady statue. Moments later the riots coninued into the crypt and the child was called by a disembodied voice to a nearby coffin. The boy hid in the coffin until the fighting had stopped. In the aftermath of the riots, the child left the city and slowly made his way north over the next seven years. He fought in the Arena claiming to be twenty years old (though he was likely no older than 16) and from Riften. made his way north to an Orc settlement just west of the Skyrim border. The now grown man was rejected from the settlement and stripped of all possesions and clothes. In the night, the man slipped in and cut the throats of the male Orcs and released the women and children with nothing but the dismembered remains of their men. He then set the settlement ablaze. Just then an Imperial patrol saw the man's acts and attempted an arrest. The man gave in willingly realizing his crimes and was captured and given rag clothes to cover his bare body. Here begins the story of the Dragonborn.

I came up with that on the spot for the record.
