This Something I have been thinking about and decide to start a new topic on it. I think it would be cool if there were animations of Skyrim as you road in carriage from town to town. Kinda like how in GTA IV you had the choice to either sit and watch your cab ride and all of the goings on around or skip it. I realize that Bethesda is certainly not Rock Star and the tech is most likely different, but it doesn't hurt to have a wishlist. Maybe you could get to see a robbery or something go down or possibly an skirmish between Stormcloak and Imperial...

I mean think about it. You would actually get to see the countryside in Skyrim busy and active. Possibly other travelers walking about, maybe other carriages carrying other passengers(that dude can't be the only carriage driver in Skyrim). It is just an idea I have been pondering in my head and am curious what you guys think about the subject.

Oh it's something we've all thought of before. RDR did it right. Personally, I'd like a carriage ride that gets occasionally attacked by bandits, if you fend them off- your reward would be "the carriage ride be free"

Make sure if you use that mod and have Hearthfire installed, you download and install the Hearthfire Fix at the top of the file list. Otherwise, you'll get CTDs.

Yeah that definitely should have been how carriage rides are. Since it's the same thing as map fast travel, I'd rather just use the map. More options that way and I don't have to pay septims for it.

I am not using Hearthfire so no worries there...Not running any of the DLC's, just using mods that I like, thanks again for the input and this mod...

It is easy enough to make money, the money for a nice carriage ride every now and then. Besides the country side is nice...

I get CTD's anyway (It's funny I should see this thread today, as I only just got the mod 2 days ago). It's a common problem, and there are some solutions in the description, but none of them worked for me. But if you can get it to work it would be pretty great. Not perfect, but great.
