I submitted a video for a contest almost a week ago. I am now supposed to submit the raw footage, but
the link they sent me never works. I have to enter my name, email, and select the file to upload on the page. I do this, and in Firefox, the page has an error saying "The connection was reset : the connection to the server was reset while the page was loading."
In Opera, the page also errors saying "connection closed by remote server".
In internet explorer, the page redirects to a google search of the link. I then downloaded google chrome, tried there, and the page errors saying "this webpage is not available". It all happens after entering my name, email, selecting the file and clicking submit. I need to be able to submit the file, but the link from their email is not working on all four browsers. I'm guessing there's a deadline for the raw footage too since you upload that after the closing date for submissions, so I dont know how much time I even have or how anyone else has managed to do it. I sent emails to bethesda, one as a reply to their submission request they sent me, one to technical support, and one to the problems with website/forums section but have heard nothing back. What can I do ?
