Looking for a system in prep for ESO

Hello ES folks, I've been checking out the latest game specs and seem BF3 has become a popular standard for gaming comparison. My computer is ancient, by 7 years, so I was wondering how much should be spent on a system? Doesn't matter the price, just the results. How cheap can you go? I've never really built a computer, only upgraded.

I don't know what I need or should get but I'll give you an idea of what I have noobishly composed:

CPU: i7 3820
MOBO: ASUS Sabertooth x79
PSU: Corsair AX 1200i
RAM: Corsair DOM 32G GT
VID: EVGA GTX 660 2g (x2)
SSD: Corsair SSD 90G SATA III
HHD: WD Rap 10k 250G
OS: Win 7 Pro 64B
Case, MSE, KYBD

LoL, ..... 2400

MOBO+CPU combo, supports Dual @ x16 cards compat w/ EVGA GTX SLI. I feel that although hardware outdates fast, this will have a long life software wise, especially gaming. But again, i'm noob comp builder.
Has amazing features and eye candy, it's a lot but thats what my school loans are for. I've gone through a lot of reviews, and i prefer intel, nvidia, asus.

I would appreciate positive criticism to help build a new comp for ESO. Thank you

It looks like overkill to me, but I think you're choosing good brands (I prefer NVidia and Intel also for gaming). Something like you're trying to build (haven't looked over all components, but I assume you've researched them for compatibility) should last a while - I find it's a good idea to get decent gear together in one hit so you get a good 3 years out of your system. With something like that. when it's nearing the end of its life you will be able to get another good year out of it just by upgrading the GPU.

These days, it's hard to go wrong with gaming rigs. You're more likely to go over the top than ending up with a lack of performance.
If you want to save some money, ditch one GPU and downgrade to an i5.
