Is this class viable lore wise?

Race: Dark Elf
Skills : Destruction
Conjuration
One handed
Illusion

Basicly I want to start a magic wielding character but I want to know if its viable lore wise : a dunmer necromancer?

Thanks

There's really no lore preventing you from being whatever you want as a Dunmer, or any race for that matter. Sure, there are stereotypes and likelihoods with all the races as to what they are percieved as Lore-wise, but there are always exceptions on an individual level. Look at the Altmer in Morrowind. Some of them were just as rough and tumble as the Dunmer when it came to living in the rough terrain of Vvardenfell. Not quite the pompous, aristocratic casters you see usually, huh? A result of being cast out of their society for some, but an exception on the individual level nonetheless.

Hell yeah its viable lore wise.
One of the great houses (house Telvanni) in Morrowind are strictly a bunch of mage slaver necromancers. The temple hates them because they have no regard for the dead.

If you've done the quest in skyrim where that nord guy is trying to stop a dark elf from desecrating his family tomb, and his aunt went in without him. Well that dark elf bad guy in the quest is basically what the telvanni are. Necromancers that dont care about the dead.

But yeah, there are a lot of necromancer dark elves. To me i think the number 1 races likely to be necromancer would be high elf, then dark elf then probably orc.

Yeah theres even a high elf commander for the imperials thats a warrior ( i dont think he uses any spells at all). So yeah you can be anything you want really.
