Suggestion: Thu'um perk tree

Hi, I love the dragonborn lore and the thing that is annoying me is the shout system, you are supposed to be powerful thanks to your dragon blood, yet you can only use shouts in a support way.

Since Dawnguard's new perk trees I have been thinking, shouldn't we get a Thu'um and Dragonborn perk tree in a future DLC?
For example, the more you use shouts, you increase the ability of the Thu'um perk tree (since your voice is supposed to be more powerful) or you get the perks by spending/absorbing dragon souls.

The Thu'um perk tree could be like this:

Deep Voice- Time between shouts reduced by 5% (5 points)

Voice tone- Shouts with a 25 secs cooldown, are no longer affected by the global cooldown.( That means that if you use summon dragon or storm calling, you would be able to use small shouts like disarm, weapon speed, clear skies, etc instead of waiting the 3-4 minutes cooldown)

Deep voice: Shouting cause damage on nearby enemies (3 points) ( Greybeards claim that they live in the top of a mountain because they can kill people with just talking, you are supposed to have the strongest voice yet rabbits don't even blink when you shout)

Talos descendant: Chance to cause fear in weaker enemies and bravery in followers when shouting.

The three next could be the level 90-100 perks:

Talos legacy- Time between shouts reduced by 10%

Master of the voice- Damage, duration and distance reach increased.

Way of the voice: The maximun cooldown between shouts is reduced to 120 seconds (4 mins waiting for using storm calling and summon dragon is excesive in my opinion)

And new shouts for example:

Carnage: A simple shout that cause high damage in one target ( We don't really know which shout did Ulfrics used against the king but they said that it almost destroy the king's body, it could be awesome if we get this shout as a reward for helping the stormcloaks)

Alessia legacy: Health recovery

Summon cataclysm (is the shout Alduin always use)

Last words: Revive permanently the target (just revive like Alduin does to other dragons, but not bonding the objectives to your will)

Summon fog: Alduin have this one which in my opinion could be badass for a sneak character

Dominate: The target/targets fight in your side for a short amount of time (dragons are supposed to be domain creatures)

Dragonborn: Become a dragon (guys, if they add flying mounted dragons, you tell me how cool would be to be able to transform in one)

Wuld could knock down enemies in our way and fire and frost ball could create an explosion since the other dragons have a very cool and painful breath and ours looks like a sneeze.

The Dovahkiin perk tree could be like this:

Dragon skin: 5% fire and frost resistance (dragons of each breath class have 50% of this) (5 points)

Akatosh descendant: 5% Magic/disease/poison resistance (5 points)

Draconic language: You have the ability to talk to dragons, in my opinion this would make the dragon encounters much more interesting, since when you find a dragon you have to choose between kill him in order to get his soul OR domain/talk to him and let him escape in exchange of a new shout word or a dragonborn perk. I don't think Bethesda will not be putting dragons in any other Elder Scrolls game, so the dragonborn to have them under control would be a good excuse to not just get them extinct again.

Kynareth legacy: You are able to teach the voice, so followers can learn every 5 days a new word from a small/medium shout.(Like disarm, weapon speed or unrelenting force. Also having this one would make you able to have a greybeard follower)

Demigod's blood: Damage against dragons, elfs, undead and daedras increased.

Well thats all I have in mind. Please guys let me know in the comments what you think and say if you would like this to be added in a DLC. So Bethesda think of it!

Those sound very cool. Though some would argue that some of those perks would be a bit OP, but other than that they sound really good.

Well i'd like a Shout which does direct damage. It'd be awesome to have a killcam for that one.

It's buried in the Dragonborn 1.8 update threads. I have no idea where

I always thought it strange that they never put a Thu'um perk tree in Skyrim from the start, I support this idea 100%.
