Skyrim easily has some of the best gaming music I've ever witnessed in my life. Most games have a few solid pieces scattered throughout the game. But with Skyrim, nearly every piece oozes with depth and beauty.

Trekking the snowy mountains of skyrim, watching the stars and northern lights above me while the piece was playing was nothing short of majestic and beautiful. Not one game, nor book, nor film, can compare to this experience. THIS IS WHY I LOVE VIDEO GAMES.

Sovngarde soundtrack. I must say, I felt comfy chills uppon my spine when I first heard it. Had to pause the game just to listen to it for a while.

I had posted my favorites in another thread (I can't find it now though), but I'll go over the ones I know:

The Bannered Mare and Around the Fire in taverns.
Watch the Skies and another dragon battle piece that I don't know the name of.
Death or Sovngarde and another battle piece that (again) I can't recall the name of.
Sovngarde (the realm)

Would have preferred more pieces from Oblivion remixed as well, especially Town 1 and Town 4 .

funny you should say this, earlier when i put skyrim on and i was on the main menu and the theme tune started and i always sing along to it but i only know the first 2 words 'dovakihn! dovakihn!' and then i just sing along makin up words as i go along.
