Was just thinking a cool killcam sneak attack with a spear could be your character impales a bandit or what-have-you through the rectum and up & out through the mouth.

but I'd rather seen an impalement like a thrust through the chest and then you pull your spear out. Maybe even the same motion but through the throat.
