I was using Game Settings Customizer http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/6469

for awhile but apparently its deprecated and no longer supported and may not even really work.

I was hoping someone could share with me an alternative? I really prefer to level slow. Are there any level slowing type mods out there? Or ones that allow me to customize things like health and mana regen that you may use?

It has a lot of settings to tweak, down to individual skills.
