I know in the gamejam video the developers were planning to make seasonal foliage and have visible season changes in the world of skyrim.

The skyrim modding community has done alot of great stuff, but why is this difficult or perplexing to do? Probably the one biggest feature I really want to see in Skyrim before all is said and done, and it still has yet to be made!
