I miss the Arena too, I honestly thought some sort of fight competition in the land of Nords would be a given.

Arena questline- yes, pvp arena - not really.

No for PvP but yes for an arena. But I wish the Arena storyline was much better than the Oblivion one. Something like the Arena storyline in KOA:Reckoning, that was a much more engaging arena storyline for me.
