ScriptName Test Extends Quest
Yes. After installing Windows and steam, Ctrl+X/Ctrl+V (transplant)
1) "
:"\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\Common\Skyrim" to ":\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\Common\"
2) ":"\Users\%UserName%\AppData\Local\Skyrim" to ":\Users\%UserName%\AppData\Local\"
3) ":"\Users\Documents\My Games\Skyrim" to ":\Users\Documents\My Games\"
The game, setting, and saves will all be in place, but you'll still need the registry keys. Make a .txt with...
Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Bethesda Softworks][HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Bethesda Softworks\Skyrim]"Installed Path"=%ProgramFiles(x86)%\\Steam\\SteamApps\\Common\\Skyrim\\[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Bethesda Softworks\Skyrim\1.00.0000]
...rename it Skyrim.reg, then run it and it'll set up the registry keys (provided Skyrim is in its default location).
From there, all should work as though it was always there.
Note: This assumes Windows is x64
