I say the next dlc after dragonborn will probably be an add on so I would like them to add on saber cat mounts with some new weapons/armor...maybe more mage robes and fur based clothes

Cat mounts would be fun. Hmmm maybe being able to build your own carriage , hire your own servant to whip the horses/ sabre cats moving it and be able to stand on top or something. It would be fun to actually go on the journey.

I'd like to see another smaller one like Hearthfire except it delays the main quest and all related quests and allows you to build a custom scenario(location,wealth,affiliation, etc...) for your character start.

If it is just a simple add-on, then give us some more shields and maybe Werebears and werebear lairs, since they are supposed to be in Skyrim anyway. Not that I want to be a werebear, but it would be nice to hunt some.

In DLC 4 i would like them to fix the perks that have been bugged since release.
