So I created a fresh new Character earlier today and I've been experiencing nothing but constant random crashes. I don't really know what to do at this point.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Yeah, find out why it's crashing.

(but seriously, uninstall any mods, and install them one by one until it crashes)

I'm on PC, so take this with a grain of salt, but if I experience random CTDs, "Verifying game files" through Steam and/or forcing an update has usually been enough to fix it.
