Does anyone know how fortify enchants work exactly? I have maxed one-handed, all perks into sword damage etc. Does fortify one-handed buff my base damage or does the damage cap at max level/perks? In essence, i'm asking if fortify one-handed actually functions after you have maxed the respective skill.
