DLC I Would Buy

I would love to see an entire DLC pack that builds up the conversations all over Skyrim. There are so many things in this game that feel like they were left unfinished, or that seem like there could have been so much more.

For starters, if you talk to Ysolda in Whiterun, she tells you she needs help getting her business started. You do her little quest, and help her get on her feet. She tells you she wants to buy the Bannered Mare. If you go into the Bannered Mare, the innkeeper tells you she's been thinking of selling to Ysolda. But... that's it. That's the end of that topic, and nothing ever happens. I would love to see a quest you could do, maybe a followup for Ysolda, or a new one for the innkeeper, that allows the inn to change hands.

And how about those guards? They want you to enchant their swords all the time, but you never get the chance to say "yes." Why not? How about I give him a quest, bring me 2 filled soul gems and I'll enchant your sword.

Those are just the two silly examples that came to mind after I created a new character last night. Can anyone think of a few more? There are tons and tons and tons of little events like this that could be built up into their own quests, so much that I'd happily pay for an entire DLC pack for it.

...Sigh.

If Hulda dies, Ysolda finally takes over the inn ;)

Anything to do with guards, they have no relevant quests unlike Morrowind and Oblivion.

You can do anything, but you can't do everything. Bethesda didn't have the time, and I doubt they would release DLC that modifies the original game in such a way, this is what mods are for.

Sadly mods can only go so far (what with the required voice acting), so I doubt we will ever see these sort of things successfully implemented in such a way that feels seamless with Bethesda's work. The required voice acting is just unreasonable, I have only seen a few mods that offer good voice acting.

Try mimicking a guard's voice, though I haven't tried much it is impossible for me to do and I doubt there are many people out there who could do it.

You're being very narrow minded. Bethesda did have time, they had so much time they even spent a week in development making their own individual ideas, like spears and goblins. Maybe if they didn't have a pre-set release date then maybe Skyrim would be better.

Also you're saying "this is what mods are for", except not everyone has a PC as well not want to use mods. So from now on it doesn't matter if Bethesda releases an empty game, mods will just add everything they forgot.
