Assassin Arcane Pack Download

Hi everybody,

I don't know if this subject was previously post and explain, so I post it. I also wonder if I'm the only one with this problem, cause I don't find any subject talking about it.

So, I pre-order Dishonored for Xobx360 through Eb games stores (gamestop) and I got me redeem code for the Assassin Arcane Pack. On the notice, it said to go on my steam account and use the code to unlock the product. Fact is that Steam don't unlock the DLC, cause it don't find the core game ... what is logic since my game is on my xbox. I try to redeem the code on the Xbox Market with the option 'Redeem code', but it show a message that my code is invalid.

My Eb game store tell me to check with Steam and Steam reply that they sell computer stuff and not Xbox stuff, so I got to look at this with my retailer.

Did I miss something in this case? (Cause, I admit that I'm not as up to date as I would love in all this stuff).

Thank you for the help

Well, try and redeem that code on the Redeem Code menu on your Xbox while online, IF that doesn't work, they've given you a code that simply doesn't work with your version of the game, as it's a PC code, and you have an Xbox version of the game. Go back to the store afterwards and take up the talk with them there!

I try to redeem it while online and same thing occur.

I already get back at the store to explain them the situation, they even change the code they give me. But I got the same bug with te second. And I ask at 2 different employee why I got a code with the instruction to reclaim it on Steam taking in consideration that I have the game on Xbox and the 2 times I got the answer " Cause it's like that ". I ask the two employees if every 'card' with the code ask to pass by steam and the both say yes.

I don't know if it's my retailer that is wrong or not, but in many years, it's the first time I got a problem with something that I buy there.

I don't know if I'm the only Xbox user with this issue.

In any case, thank you to take time to help me
