Okay, I have completed this game without killing a single person (No bosses included, have the checked box for didnt kill anyone after every mission), and I did not choke out/sleep dart granny rags. I also did not poison the distillery at the Bottle Street Gangs base. Can someone give me a clue as to what the issue could be? Or is this a bug? I know there's a ton of people who have issues with this achievement. I put in the work and i'm not getting the reward. It's pretty frustrating.

Same here (but i did the Granny Sidequest and poison the distillery, but this shouldt count)
