I pre ordered my copy from Amazon which had the Backstreet Butcher bonus. I started playing the game then I got an email with my bonus code. I was in game when I entered the code it downloaded, but nothing changed in game. I quit the game and went back in still nothing, no extra money or any of the other bonuses. I checked the game content on my drive and it shows the file for the backstreet butcher dlc.
