Started this morning and got awarded Rayya and left her behind to travel to my house, came back and she had disappeared. Loaded up an earlier save and took her with me and all was fine. But after getting the other two houses the housecarls never spawned. After traveling back to Morthal 5 or 6 time Vladamir spawned. Still missing Gregor though. Anyone know if they just wander somewhere or something?

Your Housecarls for the new homes guard the outside as well, Just check the surrounding area.

They aren't disappearing from my houses, their disappearing from the Jarls longhouses or never spawning in the first place. I kept returning to the jarl of Morthal and Vladamir suddenly spawned after 5-6 visits. Gregor still will not spawn at the jarls house in dawnstar. I am Thane for both and bought the houses before i became thane.

I had my Hjaamarch (Morthal) housecarl show up. Then I decided to re-do my house, loaded a save. Built a bunch of stuff and realized my housecarl never showed up. So I reloaded again and I see my housecarl walking through the woods. Ok, I told him to follow me and dumped him inside the house. Built up the beds and some furniture, saw he was sleeping in a bed. Ok, cool. Continue to build more stuff, including going into the basemant and I come back to check on him and he's gone!! He's not outside around my house.

This is frustrating.

My stewart (Gregor) is just stuck in one spot outside my house(right at the entrence) and will not move unless I tell him to follow me. My house is built up completely and I have adopted a kid and have a bard as well and there fine as they move about the house. My stewart is just stuck outside.

Magically mine showed back up again. When I found him again, he was patrolling outside. My husband, Vilkas will be around outside also.. mining.

i started this dlc on another gamertag
got all three homes all three housecarl
used other housecarls to be my stewarts
extra protection


but... the housecarls you are given initially wander all over the place-lol
i may not see them for awhile and was trying to figure out where they went
sooo...
gregor is usually at the falkreath house [where i have iona, rayya and argis plus 2 kids and a dog]
and gregor and rayya will fight together

bethesda ya shoulda made a castle for us!! they they could all be in one place

valdimar heads north than east
i followed him until a dragon attack [was attacking a giant]
stopped him.. found out he was a mage
then he returned home

rayya disapperas also
but i have not yet had a chance to follow her

my stewarts lydia is in the pale.. but she disapperas occasionaly

iona is in the falkreath house she never leaves, but i have my husband argis there???
or maybe thats why gregor goes to visit falkreath? iona or rayya? hmmm

calder is the stewart of my morthal house he never leaves

the bards if you have a porch will go outside and they will fight as well
but they do not have a weapon so i wish they would not!
