I though this was a mod issue but it isn't.Dragons wont fight on this patch.I for one have run in to 3 dragons. All 3 dragons flew away.They never attacked.Some people said Well it is normal for some of them to not engage.I Say that is a lie.All the dragons i have encountered randomly have not attack.They spend there time flying around.While i'm shooting and they are dodging they attacks.Can you please address this issue?

some random dragons that appear out in the wild just dont turn hostile
its completely normal
ive had 4 or 5 in a row that are passive sometimes, and no not just since this latest patch
the only dragons guaranteed to be hostile 100% of the time are the ones that are found at the handfull of dragon lairs
